7 Day Diet

The 7 day diet is a little bit different. On the first day of your diet plan you will be told to eat as much fruit as want. But it doesn’t allow you to eat bananas. When you come to day two, the plan has you eating all the vegetables you want except peas and corn. Now this also includes a baked potato and butter. Now with the third day, it has you eating all the vegetables and fruits except for the potato and no bananas. With the fourth day you should drink skim milk about eight glasses and are suppose to now eat eight bananas. When you get to day five you need to have twelve ounces of beef and six tomatoes with sixty-four ounces of water. On day six you can eat all the beef and vegetables you want, but still you can’t eat a potato. The last day you will eat all the vegetables you want and all the brown rice you want. Drink fruit juices that are unsweetened. There is also a soup you can eat all week long that has onion, celery, peepers, tomatoes and cabbage in it.

Now there are many variations to the 7 day diet, but the foods are similar with different portion sizes. I am not sure exactly how this diet can help you lose weight. I see this as a shock to your metabolism and digestive track. There really isn’t any special weight loss prediction for this plan, leaving one to believe it may not be an ideal weight loss program.

This 7 day diet is low in calories and could be bad for your health as well as not providing any structured weight loss benefits. This is definitely a weight loss plan that has many flaws which leads you to say no to this type of eating plan. This program also allows you to drink a diet soda, which will supply caffeine to an under nourished body due to a lack of calorie intake. This makes a very unhealthy statement and could be asking for health problems relating to this type of consumption.

It is not the healthiest diet and you should think twice before trying the 7 day diet. The result from a more suitable diet program is going to be of more value to you and your total outlook. Always remember to find a diet that is not only healthy, but one you can stay with the entire time.
