Making these drinks is very simple, all you need is a juicer, fruit, and vegetables. Natural vitamins are found only in living things, so make sure that your fruits and vegetables are juiced raw. For instance, you do not want to use canned fruit. You can create any combination of fruits and vegetables, the possibilities are endless and the outcome is always delicious.
