Blood Test Diet

The blood test diet is considered to be totally unproven by facts. There has been no guaranty that a blood test can tell what foods you should or should not eat unless it is for high cholesterol or other health related issues. But this test is not saying they are checking for this. The blood test diet states that they can tell you what foods your body can tolerate and not tolerate. Then you are supplied with a list of foods you can eat to lose weight. The theory behind this test is that eating low carbohydrates can help you lose weight.

So you are encouraged to eat foods that can be digested easily. The factors considered when planning your diet plan are weight, height, age and your sex. They also need to consider genetics as part of developing a weight loss plan for you.

The blood test diet is only geared towards one or two days for one time monthly. This is a very hard diet plan to understand. I see absolutely no possible gains from this type of diet plan. I believe there are other healthy diets that are less expensive and can provide weight reduction without so much confusion and controversy.
